ECM-TYPE6B is a standard carrier board compatible with both COM-Express Type 6 and Type 10 core modules. It adopts the ATX form factor of 304.8×243.8mm, offering ample expansion space and supporting a wide range of core modules with different specifications.
In terms of expansion capability, the carrier board provides 1×PCIe x8 (PEG[15:8]), 1×PCIe x4 (PEG[15:12]) and 3×PCIe x2 (PCIE[3:2]/[5:4]/[7:6]). It can be flexibly equipped with various functional modules including GPU accelerator cards, high-speed network adapters, NVMe expansion cards and frame grabbers. The display interface is a major highlight of this board: it comes with 3×DP (Type6 DDI1/DDI3 + Type10 DDI0), 3×HDMI (Type6 DDI2/DDI3 + Type10 DDI0) and 1×LVDS (shared with DDI0; resistors modification required for dual-channel), which fully meets multi-display requirements.
For storage and peripherals, it features 1×SATA3.0, 2×front-panel USB3.0 and 3×USB3.0 for Type10 standard expansion. The system integrates a buzzer, 1×fan header, SMBus (AT24C02), front panel connector (FPANEL) and other functions. It supports ATX/DC dual power input (12~19V), with operating temperature of 0~60℃ and storage temperature of -40~85℃. It is compatible with Windows and Linux operating systems. It is suitable for multiple application scenarios of Type 6 and Type 10 core modules, such as industrial control, machine vision, digital signage and edge computing.
