Shenzhen Zhiruitong Technology Co., Ltd. (“ZRT”, “we”, “us” or “our”) takes the security of our Website, our systems and the information entrusted to us seriously. This Security Policy describes the measures we apply to protect en.zrt-tech.com (the “Website”) and the personal information submitted through it, how we respond to security incidents, and how to report a vulnerability to us.
This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
1. Scope
This Policy covers the Website, the enquiry and quotation forms hosted on it, and the internal systems used to store and process the information submitted through the Website. It applies to all ZRT personnel, contractors and service providers who have access to those systems.
2. Encrypted Transmission
All traffic between your browser and the Website is encrypted using HTTPS with TLS. We keep our TLS configuration under review and remove deprecated protocol versions and cipher suites. We do not ask you to send passwords or payment credentials through the Website’s enquiry forms.

Access to the Website’s administrative functions and to the systems that store submitted information is restricted to authorised personnel who require it to perform their role. We apply the principle of least privilege, use individual accounts rather than shared credentials, and review access rights when responsibilities change. Administrative access is protected by authentication controls managed by our hosting provider.
4. Hosting and Infrastructure
The Website is hosted on professional infrastructure with a provider that maintains physical security, network-level protection and monitoring of its data centres. We apply security updates to the Website platform and its components on an ongoing basis, and we remove software and plugins that are no longer required or maintained.
5. Data Protection and Backups
Information submitted through the Website is stored on access-restricted systems and is available only to personnel who need it to respond to your enquiry. We maintain regular backups of the Website and its data, held on access-restricted storage, so that we can recover promptly if data is lost or corrupted.
6. Monitoring and Logging
We retain technical logs of activity on the Website, including access and error logs, for the purposes of troubleshooting, capacity management and detecting unauthorised activity. Logs are retained only for as long as they are needed for these purposes.
7. Incident Response
If we become aware of a security incident affecting the Website or personal information submitted through it, we will:
- investigate and take immediate steps to contain and remediate the incident;
- assess the nature and scope of any impact, and restore affected systems and data from backups where necessary;
- notify affected individuals and the relevant authorities without undue delay where we are required to do so by applicable law; and

8. Responsible Disclosure
We welcome reports from security researchers and members of the public who identify a vulnerability in the Website. If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact us at mkt@zrt-tech.com with a description of the issue, the affected URL and the steps needed to reproduce it. We will acknowledge your report within five business days, investigate it, and keep you informed of our progress.
When reporting a vulnerability, please:
- act in good faith and avoid privacy violations, data destruction or interruption of our services;
- access only the minimum amount of data necessary to demonstrate the issue, and do not download, store or share data belonging to others; and
- give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate the issue before disclosing it publicly.
9. Continuous Improvement
We review this Policy and our security practices periodically in light of changes to our systems, the threats we face and applicable legal requirements. Where we identify weaknesses, we prioritise remediation according to the risk involved.
