The MIN-EC09A is built on Intel 8th/9th Gen Coffee Lake-S processor platform with optional i3/i5/i7 CPUs, paired with Intel Q370 PCH chipset to deliver reliable computing performance. It features a compact dark-green aluminum chassis measuring 282×208×79.5mm, balancing thermal dissipation and mechanical rigidity.
It supports optional MXM discrete GPUs: RTX3060 (120W) or RTX3070 (126W), delivering GPU acceleration for AI inference, machine vision, graphics rendering and other workloads. The system adopts dual-channel DDR4 memory at 2133/2400/2666MHz, up to 64GB via 2×SO-DIMM sockets. It supports three independent display outputs: 1×HDMI (CPU integrated graphics), 1×HDMI (GPU DP_A converted to HDMI), and 1×DP (GPU DP_B). HDMI 2.0 reaches up to 4096×2160@60Hz, while DP supports up to 7680×4096@60Hz.
For I/O interfaces: 2×RS232/RS485 serial ports, 1×8-bit GPIO via Phoenix terminal block, 1×2-pin remote power switch, and 1×2-pin 12V/1A power output. USB ports include 4×USB3.0 and 4×USB2.0 on the front panel plus 2×USB3.0 on the rear panel, with S3/S4 wake-up support. Networking comes with 2×RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports (Intel i211-AT), supporting WOL and PXE boot. Audio features Line Out + MIC In powered by ALC897 codec.
Storage options include 1×M.2 slot for NVMe/SSD, 1×M.2 slot for 4G/5G/WiFi/BT modules, 1×SIM card slot, and 1×SATA3.0 (7-pin) port. Power design supports dual DC inputs: 1×4Pin (19~24V) and 1×2Pin (12~24V). Operating temperature: 0~50℃ @ 0.7m/s airflow; storage temperature: -20~70℃; humidity: 10~95% non-condensing. Supported OS: Windows 10 1809(RS5)/1607(RS1), Linux, Yocto YP3.1xLTS. It is widely deployed in industrial automation control, machine vision inspection, edge AI inference, intelligent transportation, energy management and other applications.
