COM Express Type6 Model ECM-SKY6U2

The ECM-SKY6U2 core board is equipped with Intel 6th-generation Skylake-U series low-power processors, with optional i7-6600U (up to 3.4GHz), i5-6300U (up to 3.0GHz), or i3-6100U (up to 2.3GHz). All variants feature a 2-core 4-thread design with 15W TDP and integrated Intel HD Graphics 520, delivering an excellent balance of computing and graphics performance on low-power platforms. Adopting COM-Express Type 6 Compact form factor with a compact dimension of 95×95mm, it is ideal for industrial panel PCs, portable devices and space-constrained embedded systems.

The board adopts dual-channel DDR4 2133MHz SO-DIMM architecture,supporting up to 16GB memory via 2×SO-DIMM sockets to meet lightweight multi-tasking requirements.The expansion interface provides 1×PCIe x4 lane (configurable as 1×PCIe 2x + 2×PCIe 1x),which can connect lightweight expansion cards,WiFi/4G modules,small data acquisition cards and other peripherals.Display outputs include DDI (configurable HDMI/DVI/DP),VGA and eDP to LVDS (eDP optional),DP/eDP supports up to 4096×2304@60Hz,while HDMI reaches maximum 4096×2304@24Hz,catering to industrial display and multi-screen applications.

In terms of interface configuration,the ECM-SKY6U2 integrates Intel i219 Gigabit Ethernet controller.4×USB3.0 and 4×USB2.0 ports facilitate peripheral connections;3×SATA3.0 (quantity depends on CPU model)offers storage expansion.It also features 1×HDA audio,8-bit GPIO,LPC,SMBUS,1×serial port,watching timer and TPM2.0 security chip,providing complete industrial connectivity and security capabilities.It supports dual ATX/AT power modes with a maximum power consumption of 54W.Operating temperature ranges from 0~60℃ and storage temperature from -40~85℃.Compatible with Windows 10 1809 RS5 and Yocto 2.4 Rocko Linux.This product is widely deployed in low-power embedded scenarios demanding optimized power consumption,small footprint and high stability,such as industrial panel PCs,portable inspection instruments,embedded control terminals,in-vechicle infotainment systems,smart retail equipment and medical monitoring devices.
