The EZT-E3950A(B) is a SMARC 2.11 standard core board powered by Intel Atom X7-E3950. It comes with LPDDR4 memory and abundant interfaces including CSI, SDIO, UART and I2C. The EZT-E3950A(B) is equipped with the Intel Atom X7-E3950 processor, featuring 4 cores and 4 threads, a base frequency of 2.0GHz (max turbo frequency 2.6GHz), and a TDP of only 10W, making it an ideal choice for low-power embedded applications. It carries onboard LPDDR4 memory at 1600/2133/2400MHz with up to 8GB capacity to meet general embedded computing requirements.
It provides 1 × PCIe 2.0 x4 expansion slot and 1 × SATA3.0 interface, with optional 64GB eMMC for storage. For display, it supports dual outputs: eDP to LVDS and DDI configurable as HDMI or DP, with a maximum resolution of 4096×2160@60Hz over DP.
It boasts a rich set of interfaces, well-suited for embedded vision and IoT applications: 2 × CSI camera interfaces, 1 × SDIO, 4 × UART, 5 × I2C, 1 × SPI, 1 × SMBUS, and 8-bit GPIO. Networking is handled by the Intel i211-AT Gigabit controller, with a dual-LAN configuration available as an option.
