ECM-S121, N97 SMARC Module

ECM-S121 utilizes the Intel Alder Lake-N N97 processor with a 4-core 4-thread architecture, a base frequency of 2.0GHz and a TDP of only 12W, delivering outstanding computing performance while maintaining ultra-low power consumption. It features onboard LPDDR5 4800MHz memory up to 8GB, supporting IBECC (Inline Error Correcting Code) to greatly improve data reliability.

For expansion, it provides 1×PCIe 3.0 x4 slot, which can be flexibly configured as 3×PCIe x1 or 1×PCIe x2 + 1×PCIe x1 to accommodate various peripheral devices. Storage options include 1×SATA 3.0 interface and 64GB onboard eMMC, balancing high speed and ample storage capacity.

It supports 3 display outputs: eDP to LVDS (configurable as eDP), and DDI configurable for HDMI/DP++, with a maximum resolution of 4096×2160@60Hz. On the networking side, it integrates 2×Intel i226-AT 2.5GbE controllers with auto-negotiation of 10M/100M/1000M/2.5G speeds. Built to SMARC 2.0 form factor with dimensions of 82×50×5.5mm, powered by DC 4.75~5.25V and operating temperature from 0 to 60°C. It is widely deployed in industrial automation, smart retail, edge computing gateways and other application scenarios.
