ECM-TYPE6A COM Express Type 6 Carrier Board

ECM-TYPE6A COM-Express Type 6 carrier board is an industrial-grade carrier board solution developed by ZRT Technology for high-end embedded applications. Adopting the standard COM-Express® Type 6 interface specification, it is fully compatible with various high-performance computing modules, delivering a stable and reliable hardware development platform for medical equipment, industrial control, digital signage, security monitoring and other fields.

The carrier board is equipped with four display interfaces: 1×HDMI, 1×DP, 1×VGA and 1×LVDS/eDP, supporting independent multi-screen output to meet the demanding display requirements of medical imaging diagnosis, industrial HMI and other complex scenarios. For expansion, it provides PCIe x16, PCIe x4, dual PCIe x1 and Mini PCIe slots, enabling flexible integration of functional modules such as GPU accelerators, frame grabbers, WiFi and 4G modules.

In terms of network communication, it features dual Gigabit RJ45 ports for high-speed industrial Ethernet communication. Six serial ports (including 4×DB9) offer full compatibility with legacy industrial peripherals. Storage interfaces include 3×SATA3.0 plus 1×mSATA, satisfying both large-capacity and high-speed storage requirements.

The carrier board adopts the standard dimension of 304.8×243.84mm. It supports ATX/AT dual power supply modes, with an operating temperature range of -20℃ to 70℃. It has passed rigorous environmental adaptability tests to ensure 7×24-hour non-stop stable operation. Fully compatible with Windows and Linux operating systems, it helps customers rapidly deploy applications.
